Internet ha multiplicat les possibilitats per a la lliure distribuci\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3, la cultura lliure i per a l'acc\u00e9s obert al coneixement, generant grans resist\u00e8ncies entre la minoria de beneficiats per l'economia de l'escassetat (entitats de gesti\u00f3, grans productores i distribu\u00efdores, mitjans convencionals, partits pol\u00edtics, monopolis en general\u2026).
\n <\/p>\n

Xnet<\/strong> va n\u00e9ixer amb el nom d'EXGAE el 2008 com a assessoria i plataforma per lliurar ciutadania i artistes dels abusos de la SGAE i els monopolis de la cultura i la informaci\u00f3. Per aix\u00f2 constru\u00efm un conjunt d'eines i documents disponibles a la secci\u00f3 \u201cRecursos de cultura lliure<\/a>\u201d.
\n 
\nAmb l'objectiu de normalitzar la cultura lliure, desenvolupem durant diversos anys els Oxcars<\/a>, el xou de cultura lliure m\u00e9s gran de tots els temps, on cada any s'han vist les obres m\u00e9s innovadores i que m\u00e9s han aportat a l'afirmaci\u00f3 d'una cultura i filosofia adaptades a l'era digital i del compartir, ia l'\u00fas d'internet com a eina per millorar la just\u00edcia i la qualitat democr\u00e0tica.

\nA The Best of the oXcars<\/strong> trobar\u00e0s un resum dels millors moments. Tamb\u00e9 hem promogut en diferents publicacions com a Cultura lliure digital<\/em> (Icaria, Asaco 2012).
\n 
\nA m\u00e9s, des del nostre congr\u00e9s Free Culture Forum<\/a> s'han produ\u00eft documents col\u00b7lectius que despr\u00e9s han estat \u00e0mpliament utilitzats per la societat civil en la lluita per a la cultura lliure, com la Carta per a la Innovaci\u00f3, la Creativitat i l'Acc\u00e9s al Coneixement<\/a>.<\/p>\n
